Please use this form to request any payments on your existing reservation.

Your card will not automatically be charged by completing and submitting this form. Submission gives Simply Personalized Travel the right to charge the card for the amount authorized towards your reservation.

Payments are typically processed within 24 hours. Once the payment has been applied to your reservation, you will receive an updated invoice.
