I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with Mandy and Simply Personalized Travel. She tailor-made the perfect Disney vacation for our family. All I did was tell her dates we would like to go. She did the rest - from planning the travel, lodging, airport shuttles, Character dining, Fast Passes, Park Hoppers, Meal Plans, Princess Makeovers, and even special event tickets (Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade). On top of that, she gave us TONS of tips and tricks about navigating the parks that only a Disney pro would know. All we did was show up and enjoy! She made it so easy.
I would recommend her services to any vacation-goers, especially for a Disney vacation.
Mandy did a phenomenal job in planning our family trip to Disney World! She was so patient and kind with us as we changed our resort hotel on her a few times. She is knowledgable in all things Disney and has the best tips on traveling with little ones! Thankfully, she would wake up at the crack of dawn to make our ADR's and Fastpass selections! I can't say enough good things about her. We're already tentatively planning our future trip and we will definitely be using her again! Thank you, Mandy, for making our trip magical and stress free!
Mandy was absolutely essential to our Disney trip this fall!! My husband and I had not been to Disney World since we were children and this was our first family trip with our two boys. The amount of planning that has to be done now is overwhelming! Mandy was a lifesaver by doing all the booking of the dining reservations and fastpasses and providing recommendations when I was suffering information overload. Our trip was absolutely wonderful! Mandy was always willing to answerquestions and her timing on all our reservations was perfect! Plus I loved the folder of information and maps we received before the trip since this allowed me to study on the drive to Orlando so I had some clue where everything was in the parks before arrival. My boys are already begging to go back and I know next time we will definitely use Mandy's travel services again!
We just returned from an AMAZING 7 night cruise onboard Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. Mandy was so helpful throughout the booking and planning stages of the process. She even sent us a folder with all of our travel docs, SeaPass lanyards, and luggage tags. And her services were at no extra charge to us!! Can't wait to plan the next one! Thanks Mandy!!
Amazing experience with Mandy as our travel agent! We took a 5 day cruise and arranged a beach wedding in Grand Cayman. We could not have made all of this happen with out her! Very special week for myself and my now wife! Mandy even sent us a sweet little cake for the night after their ceremony which we received at dinner on the cruise! Great experience all around, couldn’t ask for a better coordinator! The perfect week with many memories we will cherish forever!

Mandy was a Godsend. I committed to taking my son to Disney in Fall and had no idea what I was getting in to. Just looking at the different resorts was making me crazy! A friend referred me to Mandy, and that’s all it took!
Mandy asked basic questions and steered me towards the resort that would best meet our needs and wants, while staying in our budget. She had answers to questions I didn’t even know I had, and made our trip as easy as possible. We were unsure if my son would like roller coasters, so Mandy helped us strategize ride choices and Fastpasses so we could cover all our bases, just in case.
After we started planning, my mother and Aunt decided to join our trip - Mandy just made it work. Then, we realized that my mother was turning 60 while we were at Disney. Mandy said “No problem!” Then she went above and beyond and the next thing we knew Mom had a special birthday shirt to wear at the park!

Our trip to Universal Studios was amazing!!! Everything was ready to go when we got to our hotel! I can't say how many times my husband and I commented how we couldn't have done this without you. Every question I asked before we went was quickly answered. Thank you again so much. It is a memory that my family will have forever! I am ready to start again!
Amazing! I will never plan another Disney trip without her! I hadn't been to Disney in over 10 years, and to say that Disney had changed would be an understatement. I was so thankful for her! She is so knowledgeable and extremely prompt! She had our dinners coordinated with our fast passes, coordinated with the parks we wanted to visit. We were so thankful for all of her insight and tips-because of it, we got to ride everything in the parks that we wanted to more than once! This was one of the best vacations we’ve been on, and that was all because of Mandy!
We just finished an awesome cruise, thanks to Mandy. She found us a room that was perfect for my daughter, her husband, their two sons, and me. We were tucked away in an out of the way area with one large room that divided into three separate sleeping areas at bedtime. We would never have known that this room existed or known to ask for anything like it, had it not been for Mandy. She absolutely knows her stuff. Take the guesswork out of your planning and contact her, you won’t regret it.
